Italian and German language modules released

We're happy to release two new language modules for the latest version of Tetra WebBBS forum software.

The German language module was revised by Julian von Heyl who is running korrekturen.de, a German site with an orthography board.
The Italian language module was translated by Sveva Greco who provides a helpfull hand at regolegolf.com, an Italian site with a forum about the rules of golf.

A special thanks to Sveva and Julian.

For the record:
The modules are supposed to be used with version 6.10 of Tetra WebBBS. They will not work for older versions!
The modules contain translation for all texts used by the core scripts.
As plugins come with their own texts their output is not covered by these modules.

In case anybody else is running a forum in a language other than English, please consider to share your translation. With your help we'll be happy to make more language modules available. - Thanks.
