Tetra-WebBBS 6.10 is scheduled to be pushed out of the garage before the end of this month - if all goes well.

Stable pre-release snapshots are running fine for a couple of weeks now on some sites and it's currently installed on sites booked for ongoing maintenance services.

Overall the next version will offer a lot of new optional features and improvements of existing code. As a result almost all documentation requires an update. It's too much to accomplish the update of this site within a day or two. There are too many details which need to be synched.
For the time it takes upgrading the docs and this site I'll disable the download area. It makes no sense providing a download version for which the documentation isn't accurate. I hope this helps to avoid confusion and inconvenience on your side and saves all of us some time.

Anyway, those who have not upgraded yet from older versions may wait a week or two. In case anybody urgenly needs the (soon to be outdated) version 6.01 package may drop me a note by mail (contact form on left-hand navigation panel). I doubt anybody will. It's worth waiting

Current plan is to get things straight by the end of the next week or at least by the end of this month.
Those of you who are really curious of what the next release will offer may start to look for easter eggs on this site. Docs and such will be updated step by step and reveal what's new.
