Tetra-WebBBS 6.01 released

Tetra WebBBS 6.01 is a bugfix release only. No new features.

This release fixes a two bugs related to user profiles:

  • handling HTML when editing profiles now works properly again (if $AllowProfileHTML is enabled).
  • CSS formatting of paragraphs on profile display pages

Updating from version 6.00 is pretty simple:

  • update everything in /cgi-bin/bbs60x/lib folder, EXCEPT webbbs_settings.pl, smtp_settings.pl and webbbs_custom.pl
  • update the default CSS file /public_html/webbbs/css/webbbs.css
  • Done.
