Tetra WebBBS 5.30 final released

Now that the Beta has been used by several testers on various boards and only some minor bugs have been revealed and fixed, the final get's pushed out:
Tetra-WebBBS 5.30 now is the latest stable version.
Unfortunately still there are no docs yet.
Thus I've written a brief list of improvements/changes. Read it and you'll immediately consider upgrading your forums a nobrainer.
