We have a problem with the trouble ticket on our forum. When clicked, it returns the following error message:

Unspecified Error!

Sorry, the script was unable to serve your request.
No specific error was returned.

We recently moved this forum to a new host, and upgraded the script at the same time. Everything else *appears* to be working normally. Do you have any suggestions as to where to start looking for the problem?
