Anybody who is willing to share thoughts, skills or whatever.

As I have understood is to keep things private to people we know about. Avoid anonymous readers and spammers.

So I'd feel fine if there would be any persistent *call for contributors* and maybe a registration by mail, handled manually to accept people.

Anyway. Don't care about me, I'm open to all things at this point
