The problem isn't just "how to" but in my case the cable company with whom I have broadband access does not allow hosting websites over their service, and they have to my understanding "pulled the plug" on people who did so. I also spend part of my time (and hopefully much more in the future) so far out in the sticks that the only connection is dial-up at a screaming 24K.
