My bad, i didn't make myself clear. I didn't suggest Darryl has said anything, affirmative or negative, on the topic. I only meant to say, (i think) it is not possible that WebBBS will become a freeware.

When i said continue supporting V5, i was thinking of a quick meal to feed the stomaches that have been starved for 2+ years. It takes time for the DEV collaboration to take shape, not to mention to finish development. I don't know. When it comes to people, i am a pessimist. The more people involved, the more unclear it is (at the very beginning, at least.) Certainly, my pessimism is based on nothing but my ignorant of software development...

Certainly, a V7 with 2 different backends is a better idea.
