Set background?

Hello,
I would like to set the background for my forum to be an image, tiled. I was able to accomplish this on the main background by editing the site.css file to say:

body {background-image:url('http://...../images/background.jpg');}

This worked fine, however, the menu at the top (that has Search Statistics Profiles etc) is still white and grey, and when I view a post the background is also white and grey. Is there a way for me to set ALL pages and form backgrounds to use the above background image?
