I'd like to know how to "pin" a message at the top of the first page of a board. I see that there's a "Tetra-WebBBS Hot Topics:" thing posted at the top of the board here. That's right where I'd like to post something.

I seriously need to get the attention of a number of posters and I need what I post to not scroll off and not take responses. That "Hot Topics" insert above these messages looks like it'd work for me.

I understand the HTML of it, I just need to know where to plug it all in so it gets placed where I want it. Thanks for any help.
