response to trouble ticket failed

Hi John.

Tried to send a response to your trouble ticket via email.
Failed twice. Seems recepients host doesn't accept email for the address you're using here on the forum. Response is: 

SMTP error from remote server after RCPT command:
host mx1.email-cluster.com[83.223.100.4]:
550 5.1.1 <your@email.bla>: Recipient address rejected: undeliverable address: host 83.223.1xx.xxx[83.223.1xx.xxx] said: 550 " (in reply to RCPT TO command)

The "xxx" is a replacement. Thought it might by your server.
