.... with "can" you probably mean "are you willing to loose all search-engine results for your forum"?

Andrews boards are well-listed on search-engines. In such a case changing URLs may have more negative impact than it could benefit.

BTW:
Since my other "Please read" post the technique implemented here on this site as a prototype has resulted in more than 6000 unwanted posts caught in the traps and none yet posted to the forum (neither public nor in moderated bin).
