Hmm .... copies of emails users send to each other?
There is no such feature. Emails sent via the send blind email should be kept private between sender and recipient.

Or are you talking about notification emails when new messages are posted - as a copy of the new post??
Then you may want to look up description for

Admin notification in case of moderated posts is:
$NotifyAdminOnModerated
