arch_config.pl and webbbs_config.pl are different regarding configuration. That's why there is a preconfigured arch_config.pl file in the package.

For archives you should use arch_config.pl as the master. Using a copy of webbbs_config and ONLY changing $data_subdir doesn't turn the thing into an archive view.
Check the configs in arch_config.pl in section (1) and (3) yourself and compare them to webbbs_config.

Anyway, use arch_config.pl for public view and you should be fine.
Better delete the archive_webbbs_config.pl file to avoid confusion and trouble.
