Well ..... yes ....

Actually the current version allows to add almost everything without even touching the core codebase. It's possible to add custom input fields to the forms and process their input with some custom plugin code. ... this can be used for whatever purpose. .... and of course it can be used to build a trap unique to only one site ... which probably is the best way to protect a busy site

There are already tons of options built in and in fact unwanted posts are not very common if one plays a bit with what's available

However, the key to all working protection is not to publish on the internet, esp. not on sites where the blackhats may pick up such tipps and tricks
