Hi Julian.

Not a known issue. Can't reproduce on my end or on another site using almost the same settings as you do.

Either "something" in your custom code triggering the error or "something" in the users request to the forum.

Does the same thing happen to you when you click the link on your forum?
If no, let your user submit a trouble ticket and post the content of the USER_AGENT string to a post here.
