Facebook sharer not working correctly

I used the Social networking links from the custom.pl file, however Facebook is not working correctly. The facebook button on this forum is also generating the same error. Instead of linking properly to facebook the link that gets posted reads "Unspecified error" and does not work. Do you have a work-around or solution?
