Looks good, I've installed the code in the entry script and tested it – works perfectly! But I have chanced the error-text to 9200 and 9201, because my registered users may be very irritated by "blocked IPs". I don't think that the spammers analyze error-messages in german language, so I risk this.

Because I'm curious: Can you tell me what the code exactly does? I think I unterstand it all except this line:

    $teststring =~ s/<.+?>//gi;
