from your prior information it seems you've been running a forum using Darryls former version.
And I'm pretty sure I've seen the type of picture before, which was on the page you linked for the webbbs_text.pl file. I've seen such a picture on a Russian WebBBS forum some time ago. I have a pretty good memory for such details.
Thus I don't understand why you say you don't have a site with a forum though you're familar with the WebBBS forums for years and the picture seen on your example reminds me of a site visited in the past.
