Fails on forum license network registrations

Installed a board for testing on subdomain, run admin_config, got:

: License Registration ( Step 1 finished )
: Registration successfully processed.
: A verification email was sent to the email address registered with your account.
: Please check your mailbox.
: Follow instructions provided in the email to install the license on your server.

And nothing else happens in my mailbox :(
