Unfortunately I didn't spot anything suspicious.
One thing you could test, just to ensure we're not missing anything:

Difference here and on your forum is $SepPostFormRead
Try to set it to '1' and see if it works then. Shouldn't make any difference, but who knows.

On another note:
You bringing up this topic now made me try something on my machine and that helped to track down a bug in the next release - it's always good to be forced to reproduce an issue. Often one finds another spot to be improved.
