Yes, AutoQuote is OFF for unregistered Users. I've replied to your message without touching the quotes, and you can see, that the yellow- and red-formatted text is gone.

No, there isn't a second definiton. I think perhaps it is limited because the the yellow- and the red-code is a little bit more complex than the bold/italic/underline-Stuff ...? But in the Support Forum here it works!?
