I started over. I removed all the files from the website after downloading webbs_config.pl and webbbs_settings.pl into a seperate folder. I then reloaded all of the files from the 6.1 archive to the site. I then opened the old config and settings file along side the new config and settings files. I manually copied the variables I set to the new file and reloaded the two files to the server in the proper location.

I still see no count on the main page but see the counts when I select a thread. No big deal.
