That didn't sound dumb. However, I still don't think I have things set up right. This is what I have now.

My root is C:/Docs/virtualhosts/waterski/

I have a folder www/webbbs that contains the following folders:
css
icons
js
profileimages
smileys

Each of these folders have the corresponding files from Tetra_WebBBS_6.11/public_html/webbbs folder with the exception of the site.css file. I kept the original one in place.

Under the cgi-bin folder I created a bbs61x folder that contains the folder lib and the 3 config.pl files. The lib folder contains the new scripts.

Is there a setting in one of the config or settings file that I am missing that tells the scripts to look at the path C:/Docs/virtualhosts/waterski/www/webbbs/ for the css, icons, js, and smileys folders?
