: perform up-download in ASCII and ensure it doesn't reconnect

: Messagedata and addresses must be transfered ASCII. Only countlist
: is binary.

: (2) rebuild doesn't work from public entry script any more for
: improved security. Use the link on admin portal page. With 7K
: messages this shouldn't be a problem.

I didn't transfer any files except the message folders and the addresses.txt as you advised. This morning I deleted everything and re-uploaded all files. When rebuilding, it went to the text of the rebuilding script. Uh-oh. After deleting the files the previous rebuilding had created, the rebuild worked and the new board is all okay!!

One last question: In my 5.12 board, I received emails of all new messages, whether the board was moderated or not. In the new version, I only receive them if it's moderated. I can't find the answer in the 5.12 "docs.txt" file how this was set so I don't know what to look for in the new version. Can this even be set to email all messages?
