This document holds brief instructions on how to keep things well organized and simple on a dedicated server which may serve for a set of domains.

(1) share core scripts among domains
There is no difference of sharing core scripts and configuration scripts among domains compared to share among multiple forums. Only all entry scripts must be able to read the folders where you've placed the core scripts and configuration scripts.
Follow advice given in the Multiple forum setup page and relocate all non-entry-scripts as is described in the advanced setup guide #3 and #4.

(2) share $data_basedir among domains
There is no special requirement other than all scripts from all domains being able to read/write to/from $data_basedir.

(3) /webbbs folder
The /webbbs folder is the only one which must be uploaded to each of the domains as is described in #2 of the setup guide

What's the benefit of all this effort?
You only have one set of non-entry scripts which makes the next upgrade and any other maintenance task a lot simpler.
You may share profiles, naughtywords and some other stuff among domains.
