$SepPostFormIndex and $SepPostFormRead determine if "post message" forms will appear on the index page and/or the individual message pages, respectively.

Values of '0' instruct the script to include the forms as part of the pages.
Values of '1' instruct it to have the forms appear on pages by themselves.

Note:
It's recommended to set both variables to "1".
Setting them to "0" will attract spammers even more and spoils the benefit provided by %QueryMode.
