if $BypassContentFilter is set to either '1' or '2' allows to bypass the naughtyword filter.
Though it's called BypassContentFilter right now it's bypassing only the naughtyword list, but who knows what other filters we may have in future.

If this variable is set to '0' the bypass is disabled.
If this variable is set to '1' all users will bypass the filters.
If this variable is set to '2' only registered users (those having a profile) will bypass the filters.
