Set $ProfilesList_ActivityCutoff to a positiv integer number to limit the profiles list to only display those profiles, who's owners have last posted within the specified number of days.

Setting this variable to a reasonable number will cause less load on the server and speedup the display on large forums!
But what's a reasonable number of days? Well, that depends on how busy your forum is. Say your forum holds 15 K of messages posted within a year, than 180 days is sort of reasonable.

Note:
(1) This setting will take effect only if $ListAllProfiles is NOT set to "1".
(2) NEVER use this variable on an archive! - better list all profiles there! - NOT following this advice you'll end up with a huuuuuge load on the server on laaaaarge archives!
